I'm interested in hiring you, what's the first step?

If you’re considering hiring us, the initial step is to schedule a meeting. We genuinely enjoy meeting with new couples and anyone else involved in your wedding planning journey. This meeting can be over coffee, boba or even video call, whichever works best for you. We’ll dive into the details of what you’ve already planned, your specific needs and how our services can seamlessly integrate into your vision.

When do you start getting involved?

From the time you book to up to a month before your wedding, I act as your consultant. If you have any questions about wedding etiquette or need someone to work through your ideas, I'll be available to you through email and text messages. Phone and video calls should be schedule so I know I can answer your call. At 30 days before your wedding, you pass the baton to me and we'll review your plans and details together, ensuring no important details are overlooked in the final stretch of planning.

Where do you work?

From Los Angeles to Temecula to Palm Springs to the Bay Area, we're more than happy to work all over California. Travel fees may apply for events 30 miles outside my home base (Glendale) and charged per mile roundtrip.

Wedding coordinator? how is that different from a planner?

Although we are part of the planning process, our services are for couples who enjoy doing the planning themselves and need expert professionals to execute their plans according to their vision. If needed, we do refer vendors (we do not receive payment for referrals) we've enjoyed working with in the past and think they would fit your style and personality. Our main priority is becoming the expert of your plans and bring them to life so you don't have to worry about the operations or logistics on the day of your wedding. In short, you do the planning, we make it happen.

I think a family member/friend can be my coordinator. what do you think?

Your vendors are your greatest investments for your wedding. You are investing in piece of mind the details will be taken care of and that you and your family and friends are able to enjoy your wedding day. I understand that asking a family member or friend saves a lot of money, but hiring an expert professional will save you time and stress.
